below are some answers to common questions we have encountered.
o What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express via PayPal. PayPal
is a great merchant service that is totally free and totally secure. For those who prefer to mail in payments, we accept money orders,
cashiers checks, and personal checks. For new customers, personal checks will be held until
they clear. This normally takes from 1 to 2 weeks. For all payments other than checks, orders
are typically shipped within 24 hours after we receive payment.
We will send you our mailing information if you wish to submit a money order, cashiers check,
or personal check payment. Please contact

o Where do you ship, how long does it take, and how much is it?
We currently ship via the USPS Priority Mail, First Class, Express Mail, and Airmail services. Our shopping
cart can provide you the shipping charges for your order when you check-out. If you would like
a shipping quote prior to ordering, just let us know here.
Tell us what items you are interested in, and the postal code for where you live.
We will get a shipping quote for you and email it to the address you provide. We
require that the customer purchase insurance for all orders totalling over $50.
We do our best to ship all orders within 24 hours of the purchase. If it is going to take
longer than 48 hours to ship your item, we will email you with an explanation of the
delay and an estimate on when your order will be shipped. Shipping delays very rarely occur.

o What measures do you take to insure discreet shipping?
We don't want to cast a bad light on the USPS's mail delivery service, but since we carry
mostly unique and collectible glass, theft during shipment is a concern that we have.
Therefor, we take extra measures to ensure that our shipments reach their destinations
and do not in any way intice someone into making a theft.
We ship in normal cardboard boxes or standard Priority mail boxes and
envelopes. Other than the customer name and address, only "Glasswurx.com" and our return
address will be shown. All orders are pre-packaged at our shop and we do not put any info
regarding the value of the boxes contents on the packaging. We also alert customers
that their order has been received and let them know when it will be shipped.

o What is your order return and cancellation policies?
We accept returns on a case by case basis. We will always accept returns when dealing
with an error we have made. Please make sure you really want what you are purchasing. We
package all of our items for shipment very carefully and, as of yet, have had no
complaints of customers receiving damaged goods.
Remember that to cancel any order, it must be done before the order is shipped. We always
contact our customers to let them know that their order has been received and let them know
when it will be shipped.

o What is the "Quantities Available" system?
|
The Quantities Available system on the web site is used to denote how many of a certain piece
of glass art that we have on hand for sale. Typically, the glass art will have
a quantity of one available. However, in some cases, a piece of art may have a quantity of
more than one because we are selling that style of art. In other words, we have more than
one of them available but all of them are unique, they just fall under the same style of artwork.
